For your convenience, we accept direct payment from your insurance provider.

Unfortunately, your employer/insurance company does not communicate with our dental office, so it is your responsibility to provide all necessary information and inform us of any changes to your personal and/or insurance information.

Due to the privacy act, you are responsible to know and monitor your own plan's coverage and maximums - our office does not have access to any specifics of your plan including basic coverage, maximums, policy years, pre-authorizations, etc.

Pre-authorization information is sent to the patient, not to the clinic. Please bring that information with you to your appointment (or prior) and we can review it with you to help you understand your coverage.

If your dental plan does not cover the full cost of your treatment, you will be responsible for any difference between the amount paid by your plan and the amount charged - your portion is due and payable at the time of your appointment.

We strongly suggest knowing all of your essential information before your appointment.

We accept debit, Visa and Mastercard - we do not accept personal cheques.
